In November 2011, Ms. Almas Jiwani joined the ranks of prominent enterpreneurs including the likes of Her Excellency Datin Paduka Seri Rosmah Mansor, First Lady of Malaysia, Her Excellency Fatima Jaber, COO, Al Jaber Group and Datuk Otman, Director of UN Outer Space Affairs to address the Women In Leadership (WIL) series that connected over 1,500 successful, international heads of commerce who have inspired the women business leaders of tomorrow. Ms. Jiwani’s address at this platform focused on highlighting the state of Middle Eastern women entrepreneurs and brainstorm strategies for breaking the glass ceiling and moving up the corporate ladder. As part of this initiative Jiwani encouraged and provided advise to emerging business women on superior networking and exploring potential business opportunities. As a result of Ms. Jiwani’s and many other attendees activities, many audience were left inspired, motivated and inundated with new knowledge and opportunities.
