UN Women National Committee Canada President, Almas Jiwani, was honoured with the Women’s Advancement Forum’s 2013 MDG Meritorious Award at the 2013 Women Advancement Forum in South Africa. The award was presented by Governor’s wife, Her Excellency Olufunso Amosun,in Johannesburg. The award is sponsored by DuPont and is presented for contribution to realization of Millennium Development Goals.
