In March 2011, Ms. Jiwani worked with the Royal Bank of Canada, to solicit the support of RBC Regional Vice President, Ms. Jennifer Tory to host the UN Women Canada launch on the 10th Floor of RBC Royal Bank building. Under the auspices of Ms. Jiwani, the 2011 UN Women Canada was held in Toronto where the cream of Toronto’s civil society and corporate banking sector attended to learn about UN Women’s equality work.
